Steven L. Cornblatt is a veteran of the commercial real estate brokerage and management industry with more than two decades of experience. He specializes in office, industrial and retail leasing and sales, representing property owners and corporate users. Additionally, Mr. Cornblatt represents parties involved in both the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
Mr. Cornblatt joined the firm in 1996, and is now a Principal of Trout Daniel & Associates, LLC. In his present role, he oversees a vibrant and expanding office and industrial team. He focuses on a variety of new business development activities with an emphasis on expanding the firm’s corporate presence. His office, industrial and corporate team expertly represents property owners seeking to sell, lease or reposition office property and industrial facilities and users seeking to purchase, lease or otherwise acquire office property and industrial facilities.
Mr. Cornblatt has satisfied the needs of a wide array of clients throughout his career, including Gardiners Furniture, The Goddard School, Regal Bank, Atlantic Financial, Beacham Square, Village Properties, Walgreen’s Drug Stores, Ethan Allen Furniture, The Optical Center, Phillips Foods, Food King, Protologics Corporation, Summit Country Club, Bonnie View Country Club, Waggoner Trucking, Charles A. Klein & Son, Davari Companies, M. Hayes & Associates and a number of high net-worth individuals.
Mr. Cornblatt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1986. He has been licensed in Maryland as a Real Estate Salesperson since 1987. As head of St. Paul Management Company (a development and property management firm) for over 10 years, he managed all facets of company operations including: administration, accounting and marketing throughout Maryland and The Virgin Islands. Additional responsibilities included leasing, property management, project coordination and supervision, and annual budget preparation and review.
Mr. Cornblatt resides in Reisterstown with his wife, Lauren and two children, Ben and Tilly. Steve and family have been active in Baltimore Hebrew Congregation’s Annual GEDCO Cares Food Pantry High Holiday Food Drive and both Steve and Lauren are on the BHC Leadership Committee. Steven is also an active member of the Center Club. |
