Sherrie L. Leuvay
Specializing in tenant representation services as a retail specialist, Sherrie brings extensive knowledge of the South Central Pennsylvania area with experience working in the Harrisburg, Lancaster and York markets.
Sherrie provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients in diverse industries. She is involved in all aspects of real estate services including comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, market research, site selection, and structuring and negotiating commercial leases as well as acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties. Ms. LeuVay has represented Panera Bread, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Auto Zone, and Value Place hotels as well as Weis Markets and Premier Rental.
Prior to her transition to commercial real estate, Sherrie was a sales manager and account executive with EDS, a global Information Technology company, where she used her leadership skills in diverse areas of fortune 500 representation as well as people and team development. She also successfully spearheaded numerous ambitious projects in the areas of technical and management development programs.
Ms LeuVay owned her own business, has served on several boards, and is a member of Rotary International as well as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a published writer and has participated as a speaker for the Pennsylvania Business Women’s Forum.
Ms. LeuVay received her BA magna cum laude in English from Wilson College and is a graduate of the community-based Leadership Harrisburg Area program. She is also a Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensed Salesperson. |
