KBHLI, LLC purchased the property from New Charles Village Development, LLC. Arthur W. Putzel, Principal and Broker with Trout Daniel & Associates co-listed the property with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
The property is located just north of the Station North District and is four blocks south of the Johns Hopkins University campus. Under a long-term lease, the CVS Pharmacy will remain the retail tenant for the foreseeable future.
Positioned on the main north-south artery in Baltimore City, North Charles Street, the property boasts 16 parking spaces and entrances on both Charles and West 25 ½ Street.
