CityBizList: Standard Auto Opens 11,000 SF Owings Mills Location
Baltimore CityBizList recently published an article announcing Standard Auto Parts full-building lease at 49 New Plant Court in Owings Mills, Md.
An 11,000 square-foot asset that previously served as a storage facility for Douron, Inc., the Owings Mills Standard Auto will operate as a distribution warehouse for the company’s inventory of auto parts, allowing it to provide delivery services to the 600 service centers in the location’s sub-market, equaling about one third of the overall customer network Standard Auto supplies in the Baltimore Metro area.
Third-generation owner Ron Sutton was represented by Trout Daniel’s Steven L. Cornblatt, principal, and Matthew Melnick, now with Cushman & Wakefield, in the transaction.
