When a bustling community shopping center in the Baltimore area was seeking to enhance their non-retail tenant mix to provide needed services to area residents, Trout Daniel helped bring in DaVita Dialysis. The outpatient dialysis center was seeking to expand their footprint in the Baltimore Market and Trout Daniel helped make certain their needs were met as were those of Randallstown Plaza Shopping Center.
