Gilbert R. Trout tackling new investment sales role at TD&A
BALTMORE – Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, announces the transition of Gilbert R. Trout from director of marketing to director of investment sales. Gilbert will be responsible for establishing TD&A’s investment sales practice, including buyer/seller representation and commercial property sales.
Additionally Gilbert will maximize his client’s investments by offering strategic capabilities such leasing, management and development to maximize a property’s performance prior to and following a sale.
Gilbert brings nearly a decade of experience in sales, leasing, property management, development, marketing, technology and strategy to the new position.
Prior to joining TD&A, Gilbert was the technological lead of an international multimedia project at Harvard University, a position chartered by then-president of Harvard Larry Summers. Additionally, Gilbert has worked for Perot Systems, where he built data mining and analytics systems for use in B2B sales by national firms.
Gilbert is also a prize-winning composer and conductor and is conversant in multiple languages. Gilbert is an experienced public speaker, and has given classes and workshops on business development, technology and music at Harvard, Tufts and Towson Universities.
Gilbert has a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and a master’s from Tufts University.
