The new Easton Marketplace store will double the size of the former location. HobbyTown USA carries a wide variety of products including model trains, radio controlled vehicles, sports and all types of trading cards, hobby paints and tools, arts and crafts supplies, doll house collectables, paint ball guns, comic books, puzzles and more.
Dollar Mania will occupy 2,540 square feet when it opens in June 2010. The new store is the creation of Donna Haddaway Barrow. The value oriented store will offer a wide variety of merchandise at a one dollar price point.
Easton Marketplace is anchored by JCPenney, Food Lion, Lowes and a Sears Dealer Store. The center features several successful, established tenants including Ruby Tuesday, Pier 1 Imports, Hair O' The Dog Wine and Spirits, Home Beautiful Carpet One and Rusticana Pizza.
Trout Daniel & Associates handles all leasing services for the 110,000 square foot shopping center and began implementing a strategic merchandising plan in the past year with the goal of adding several new quality tenants at the center.
