Trout Daniel & Associates said Tuesday that it will serve as the tenant representative for Party City in key areas throughout the Mid-Atlantic, including central and western Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and central Pennsylvania.

Trout Daniel & Associates will handle all lease renewals and/or relocations and negotiations for the national party supply retailer's corporate stores in these areas.
