Pollo Tropical has plans to expand throughout central Maryland.
Will Ferrell, a Principal with Trout Daniel, will manage the site selection process for Pollo Tropical, which hopes to open its first store later this year. The Miami-based company is aiming to open 10-12 new restaurants across the state in the near future.
Trout Daniel is actively seeking 3,000-4,000 square foot free standing locations for Pollo Tropical. Desirable co-tenants include big box retailers, high-quality grocery stores and fast casual and sit down restaurants.
Owned by Carrol's Restaurant Group, Pollo Tropical opened its first restaurant in Miami in 1998 and now operates more than 120 stores in Florida, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Pollo Tropical's menu emphasizes flavorful chicken served hot off the grill.
Trout Daniel & Associates continues to expand its stable of tenant representation clients. Recent additions to the firm's client roster include: Casual Male, Party City, Roly Poly Sandwich Shops and Wockenfuss Candy.
