Daily Record: Trout Daniel Aids Five Guys Burgers & Fries Expansion

Trout Daniel & Associates, a Timonium-based, full-service commercial real estate company, recently brokered the purchase of a 6,000-square-foot retail space for Five Guys Burgers & Fries at a site in Salisbury.

Trout Daniel’s Jonathan Garritt represented the buyer, Mike McLaughlin, a regional Five Guys franchisee.  Wesley Cox of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller.

According to Garritt, what made the location especially appealing to the buyer was that it is directly across the street from a new mixed-use development, Seagull Square, that will include a 600-bed student dorm for Salisbury University students, and which is expected to open next year.
