Ameri-Star Homes of Severna Park has bought the site of an old Glen Burnie restaurant with plans to build a new corporate headquarters. The company purchased the .57 acre property at 7411 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie from ABGLO Associates earlier this year.

Ameri-Star has demolished the building, most recently the site of the Chicken & Trout restaurant. It plans to build new office space and move in early next year Arthur Putzel and Matthew S. Melnick of Trout Daniel represented ABGLO Associates. Mike Cadogan of Century 21 Don Gurney represented the Ameri-Star in the sale.
