Trout Daniel & Associates Adds Casual Male and Roly Poly

Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates recently announced the firm will serve as the exclusive tenant representative for Casual Male XL in Maryland and Washington, DC and Roly Poly Sandwich Shops in Howard County, Maryland.
Under their agreement, Trout Daniel & Associates will handle all lease renewals and negotiations for Casual Male XL, the largest retailer of big and tall men’s apparel with over 470 stores throughout the USA. They currently have 13 retail locations throughout Maryland, including Baltimore, Columbia, Annapolis, Towson and Rockville. Will Ferrell, Principal of Trout Daniel will oversee the account.
Trout Daniel & Associates will also offer commercial real estate consulting services as Casual Male XL examines opportunities for expansion in the market and considers relocating several stores. The scope of work will include Casual Male XL, Casual Male XL Outlet and Rochester Big & Tall stores.
Roly Poly is planning to open three new locations in Howard County in the near future. They hope to open their first store by the end of 2009. As the franchisee’s official Tenant Representative, Trout Daniel is actively seeking 1,200 to 1,400 square foot locations for Roly Poly with end-caps preferred. Desirable co-tenants include Starbucks and Chipotle. John Sindler and Alex Hwang, both Associates with Trout Daniel, will manage the account.
Roly Poly, which opened its first store in 1996, operates 125 stores in twenty-six states across the country with four retail locations in Maryland (Downtown Baltimore, Towson, Annapolis and Cockeysville). Roly Poly serves a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads that feature unique ingredients and flavors.
