Firm Ads Senior Staff as Growth Continues Throughout Region
Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates LLC recently relocated their headquarters to 9690 Deereco Road, Suite 100 in Timonium. The firm has also added a number of senior staffers as their strategic growth continues.
“When the firm launched at the beginning of 2009, one of our immediate goals was to locate and move into a larger office space that would better accommodate the collaborative nature of the work we do and allow for continued growth,” said Jerry Trout, III, Principal of Trout Daniel & Associates. “Our new headquarters offers an ideal environment for our team to provide our comprehensive commercial real estate services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.”
New Associates Join Team – Firm Poised for Additional Growth
Trout Daniel & Associates has recently added several new associates as the firm builds on the momentum generated in the first three quarters of 2009.
Senior commercial real estate executive Ted Pfeifer has joined the Trout Daniel team to further expand the firm’s market presence in Pennsylvania. Sherrie LeuVay and Alex Hwang have also recently joined the firm as Associates.
New Offices Located in Former Ralphie’s Diner
The new Trout Daniel & Associates offices are located in the space formerly occupied by Ralphie’s Diner on the first floor of the ten story office building at 9690 Deereco Road. The ornate black and white tile and soda fountains that made Ralphie’s a local landmark have been replaced by Trout Daniel’s spacious executive offices, work spaces and conference rooms that are accented by massive floor to ceiling windows that encircle the ground floor of the building.
The new office suite offers a modern infrastructure and greater technological capacity for Trout Daniel as the firm continues to employ the latest technological applications and commercial real estate tools to serve clients.
