Trout Daniel Targets Vibrant Business Communities Throughout the Region

After nearly 5 years in business, Shin’s Dental Supply had outgrown its existing office space and was seeking a new, larger space that would serve as the company’s offices and warehouse.  As a small business owner, Mr. Shin had limited knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.   One of his first steps in finding a new location was contacting Alex Hwang of Trout Daniel & Associates.

Mr. Shin is one of a growing number of business owners and organizations Trout Daniel is targeting to provide services to in the Korean business community.  Trout Daniel has recently enacted a strategic push to market their services to specific segments of the greater Baltimore-Washington corridor business community.

To target these specific groups, Trout Daniel has launched targeted advertising campaigns, stepped up networking and media relations efforts and have spent a lot of time simply listening to the needs of business owners in each market.

Earlier this fall, Alex Hwang was successful in finding and negotiating a lease for new office and warehouse space for Shin’s Dental Supply.
