Jonathan Hall of CBRE Represented the Landlord in the Transaction
Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement for their client, Partnership Wealth Management, for office space at 1821 Thames Street in Baltimore City.
Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, represented the tenant, Partnership Wealth Management. Jonathan Hall of CBRE represented the landlord.
The specific location was selected, in part, because of the opportunities it offered Partnership Wealth Management to make their new offices as eco-friendly as possible.
"Being an independent financial services company has provided us the freedom to create a working environment that matches our eco-friendly values. While preparing for our move, we wanted to make our new office as green as possible. The carpeting we had installed is made of recycled materials. The desks, tables and other furniture were bought used in order to reduce the need to manufacture such items. We also purchased refurbished computer and printer equipment when possible. Although the recycled material was more expensive, we offset those costs by reusing and buying refurbished items," said Woody Derricks, President of Partnership Wealth Management.
