Coldwell Banker Represented Cristo Rey High School
in the Transaction
Timonium, MD - Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement with Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Inc. for office space at 2202 Boston Street in Baltimore City.
Matthew S. Melnick and Stanley N. Varlas, both Associates with Trout Daniel, represented the landlord. Tom Rybczynski of Coldwell Banker represented the school.
Cristo Rey will be using the space as administrative offices while a portion of their campus at 430 S. Chester Street undergoes renovation. This new location on Boston Street offers office space in close proximity to campus.
