New Location Serves as Distribution Center for Regional Delivery Service Company
Timonium, MD - Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement with Next Day Xpress for office and warehouse space at 6415 Baltimore National Pike.
Steven L. Cornblatt, a Principal of Trout Daniel and Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, represented the landlord, Gardiners Furniture, who is sub-leasing the space to Next Day Xpress. The space will serve as an additional regional distribution center for the Baltimore-based company.

6415 Baltimore National Pike consists of a 107,000 square foot, two story building on 5.87 acres. The real estate firm’s client, Gardiner’s Furniture, anchors the property, and there is approximately 5,000 square feet of office space remaining for lease.
