Ameri-Star Homes to relocate headquarters to Glen Burnie location

Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced the sale of a 0.57 acre commercial property including a 4,200 square foot building to Landmark Properties of Ritchie Highway, LLC / Ameri-Star Homes for the price of $655,000. The property is located at 7411 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie and will serve as the corporate offices of Ameri-Star Homes. 

Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, and Arthur Putzel, Principal with Trout Daniel, represented the owner, ABGLO Associates. Mike Cadogan of Century 21 Don Gurney represented the buyer.
