Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement for their client, Anne Arundel Rheumatology, for medical office space at 1655 Crofton Blvd in Crofton, Maryland. Anne Arundel Rheumatology is owned by Ashu P. Mehta, MD.
Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, represented the tenant. John P. King of RE/MAX Vision represented the landlord.
