Hwang brings strong financial and investment background to
Trout Daniel as the firm continues its strategic growth
Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced Alex K. Hwang has joined the firm as an Associate.
A licensed real estate agent in Maryland, Mr. Hwang will handle landlord and tenant representation throughout the Baltimore-Washington market for local and national clients. He will specialize in the marketing and acquisition of commercial real estate investment properties.
Mr. Hwang brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur and seasoned financial executive to his new role with Trout Daniel & Associates. He has worked for several marquee financial services firms throughout his career including Brown Investment Advisory, Jones Lang LaSalle, and T. Rowe Price. Immediately prior to joining Trout Daniel Alex was an entrepreneur focused on real estate investments and operated a retail franchise business in Fells Point.
Mr. Hwang earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and his Master’s Degree in Finance from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. He is a resident of Canton in Baltimore City.
