Mitch Gold of Gold and Company Represented BZD in the Transaction
Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement with the Baltimore Zionist District for office space at 3655 Old Court Road in Pikesville.
Steven L. Cornblatt, a Principal of Trout Daniel and Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, represented the landlord. Mitchell Gold of Gold and Company represented Baltimore Zionist District.
With the completion of this most recent lease agreement by Trout Daniel, the building at 3655 Old Court Road is now 100% leased.
