Timonium, MD - Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced the sale of a 17,500 square foot commercial property, including a 7,500+ square foot retail building currently occupied by CVS Pharmacy. 

KBHLI, LLC purchased the property located at 2504 North Charles Street in Baltimore City from New Charles Village Development, LLC. The purchase price was $2,600,000.

Arthur W. Putzel, Principal and Broker with Trout Daniel & Associates co-listed the property with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. 

The property is located just north of the actively growing Station North District and is four blocks south of the bustling Johns Hopkins University campus. Under a long-term lease, the CVS Pharmacy will remain the retail tenant for the foreseeable future. 

Positioned on the main north-south artery in Baltimore City, North Charles Street, the property boasts 16 parking spaces and entrances on both Charles and West 25 ½ Street.
