Will Ferrell and Matt Melnick of Trout Daniel Represented The Curiozity Shoppe in the Transaction
Timonium, MD - Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement with the Curiozity Shoppe for additional storage space at their new location at 2141 Greenspring Drive in Timonium.
Matt Lenihan of St. John Properties, Inc. represented the landlord in-house. Will Ferrell, a Principal of Trout Daniel and Matt Melnick, an Associate with Trout Daniel, represented The Curiozity Shoppe.
With the completion of this most recent lease agreement by Trout Daniel, the building at 2141 Greenspring Drive, located at the Timonium Business Center, will give the Curiozity Shoppe an additional 3,000 square feet of storage capacity, which will be used to maintain the store’s growing inventory.
The Timonium Business Center consists of approximately 190,000 square feet of R&D, flex, and retail space. The location offers easy access to I-83 and I-695.
