Trout Daniel & Associates Announces Leases at Hampden Village Centre

Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced two new lease agreements for the Hampden Village Centre at 3355 Keswick Road in Baltimore.

Art with a Heart, Inc. leased 1,591 square feet of office space in the Stable Suites portion of the building.  The non-profit group provides interactive, visual art programs to disadvantaged and underserved children, adolescents and adults in group homes, shelters, community centers, school, hospital and senior facilities.

Jennifer Teitelbaum Palmer, M.D. leased 1,053 square feet in the Main Building.  Dr. Palmer is an adult psychiatrist offering general psychiatric care to men and women throughout the Baltimore area.  She is a member of the Johns Hopkins psychiatry faculty and specializes in mood disorders in women. 

The newly renovated Northern District Police Station, now known as the Hampden Village Centre, is a 28,370 square foot facility offering both office and retail space.  Existing tenants include U.S. Lacrosse, Community Law Center, Janis Marketing, M3 Promotions, Paragraphics and 1899, LLC.   Just over 10,000 square feet of space is still available.

The adaptive re-use project targets professional organizations and businesses looking for space in the centrally located, historic neighborhood of Hampden in northern Baltimore City. 

Hampden Village Centre is owned by 1899, LLC, which is under new management as of December 2008.   Raleigh Consultants, LLC has been brought on board to handle the final phase of construction and management of the building.
