Hunt Valley, MD - M Hayes, a leading managed care company, recently moved into its new headquarters in 9,500 square feet of office space at 225 International Circle in Hunt Valley.
The company was seeking a larger office space as aggressive growth has increased the size of their staff to more than 130 employees.
The space is large enough to allow for future growth and has been customized to accommodate the distinct work environments their employees require – from traditional executive office space to a call center to spacious cubicles for case managers.
The high quality of maintenance and security services at 225 International Circle also attracted M Hayes to the building.
Steven L. Cornblatt of Trout Daniel & Associates represented M Hayes in negotiations and Kevin Haus and Matt Haas of Manekin, LLC represented the owner of 225 International Circle.
Numerous upgrades have been made to the building in recent months, attracting a number of new tenants. A limited amount of space is still available.
