at Miller’s Court to Charmington’s Café
Baltimore, MD – Eight members of the team from the former Café at Bluehouse have come together to create Charmington’s Café (the name stems from the adjacent Charles Village and Remington Neighborhoods). The new café will serve organic coffee and locally produced food in a comfortable setting.
The new café will offer residents of Millers Court another attractive amenity. The multi-use redevelopment is focused on providing vibrant, affordable residential opportunities to Baltimore City educators and offices for the headquarters of local and national non-profit agencies. The redevelopment is now 100% leased.
Other features of Millers Court include a fitness center, business / resource room, clubroom and a plush community courtyard. The neighborhood of Charles Village has been called “One of 10 Great Neighborhoods in America” by the American Planning Commission and the Miller’s Court development has met with positive reviews locally and nationally from the press, the education community and community planners.
