Daniel Offers Keynote Remarks at Next Generation Breakfast     

Timonium, MD – Trout Daniel & Associates Principal and Daniel Group President Rene Daniel was invited to deliver the keynote address at the Next Generation Breakfast at ICSC 2010 Whistler Conference on January 12, 2010.

Mr. Daniel is a recognized expert in the merchandising and leasing of regional and specialty centers throughout the U.S., and does consulting for some of America's largest shopping center developers.

The ICSC’s Next Generation program offers commercial real estate professionals the unique opportunity to meet and interact with their peers, share experiences and exchange ideas.  The focus of Mr. Daniel’s presentation centers on lessons he has taken from his 30+ years in real estate as well as recent trends he has observed in retail leasing.

“I have always made it a priority to share my knowledge and mentor young professionals to help perpetuate future leadership in the commercial real estate industry,” said Mr. Daniel. “I am grateful for the opportunity to take part in this conference and thank ICSC for providing such a valuable forum.”

Throughout his career, Mr. Daniel has regularly shared his expertise and experience with other commercial real estate professionals.  He served as Dean of the School of Leasing at the University of Shopping Centers and as a lecturer for the International Council of Shopping Centers in both the Leasing Institute and the School of Management.

This is not the first international ICSC conference at which Mr. Daniel has lectured.  Previously he spoke at the ICSC conference in Mexico City, Mexico in October 2006.
