Roly Poly Plans Maryland Expansion - Three Additional Locations
Slated for Howard Country
Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced today that it will serve as the exclusive tenant representative for Roly Poly Sandwich Shops in the Greater Baltimore Area and Howard County, Maryland.
John Sindler and Alex Hwang, both Associates with Trout Daniel, will manage the account. Roly Poly is planning to open three new locations in Maryland in the near future, with the first set to open before the end of 2009.
Trout Daniel is actively seeking 1,200 to 1,400 square foot locations for Roly Poly in Howard County with end-caps preferred. Desirable co-tenants include Starbucks and Chipotle.

Roly Poly, which opened its first store in 1996, operates 125 stores in twenty-six states across the country with four retail locations open in Maryland (Downtown Baltimore, Towson, Annapolis and Cockeysville). Roly Poly serves a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups that feature unique ingredients and flavors.
