Trout Daniel & Associates LLC, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced today that their headquarters will be moving to 9690 Deereco Road, Suite 100 in Timonium, effective July 27, 2009.

Poised for Additional Growth
Trout Daniel & Associates has recently added several new staff members, bringing the total number of employees to 25. The firm expects to announce additional new hires in the near future as they build on the momentum generated in the first two quarters of 2009.
New Offices Located in Former Ralphie's Diner
The new Trout Daniel & Associates offices will be located in the space formally occupied by Ralphie's Diner on the first floor of the ten story office building at 9690 Deereco Road. The new office suite offers a modern infrastructure and greater technological capacity for Trout Daniel as the firm continues to employ the latest technological applications and commercial real estate tools to serve clients.
