On a gorgeous spring afternoon in Baltimore, nearly a dozen members of the Trout Daniel & Associates' team put their carpentry skills to the test as part of a community service event benefiting the Living Classrooms Foundation.

The event, which was organized by NAIOP, brought commercial real estate pros from around the region together to build picnic tables and trash receptacles for Living Classrooms' Douglass-Myers Campus in Baltimore.

“While we compete with other NAIOP members in the Baltimore business community each day, it is a pleasure to see the sense of community and teamwork amongst competing firms and brokers to give something back to a great organization,” said Jerome B. Trout, III, principal of Trout Daniel & Associates.

The Living Classrooms Foundation is a non-profit organization, operated for the benefit of the community at large, providing hands-on education and job skills training for students from diverse backgrounds, with a special emphasis on serving at-risk youth.
