Pfeifer will Aid the Firm’s Strategic Growth in Pennsylvania

Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced Ted Pfeifer will be joining the firm later this year.

In his new role with Trout Daniel & Associates, Mr. Pfeifer will focus on new business development, tenant representation and consulting for businesses in South Central Pennsylvania and throughout the region.  With more than 30 years of experience in tenant real estate and consulting in the Mid- Atlantic market, Mr. Pfeifer will boost Trout Daniel’s presence and strategic growth efforts in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pfeifer is the founder and owner of Pfeifer Company, a Pennsylvania-based commercial retail brokerage firm.  His firm specializes in tenant representation and consulting for a variety of top retail entities in the Mid-Atlantic.   Some tenants he is/has represented in selected areas of Pennsylvania are: Panera Bread, Villa/ Join the Movement, Amelia’s Discount Grocer, Just Cabinets, Bruster’s Ice Cream,and Value Plus Stores.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pfeifer has held a variety of leadership positions in the real estate   departments of several marquee companies throughout the country including General Tire and Rubber Co, Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp., Walgreen Drug Stores, Charming Shoppes, Eckerd Drug Stores and McCrory Variety Stores.

Mr. Pfeifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the York County Chamber of Commerce.
