| Trout Management to Manage 70,000 square-foot Montego Bay Shopping Center in Ocean City, MD |

BALTIMORE, MD – Trout Management, the management arm of Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, has recently been tapped to manage the Montego Bay Shopping Center at 128th Street and Coastal Highway in north Ocean City, Maryland. Trout Daniel & Associates will handle leasing services for the center with the goal of adding several dynamic new tenants in the coming year.
Trout Management will handle day-to-day operations at Montego Bay, including general maintenance and security and will survey the center for potential upgrades in the near future.
Trout Daniel & Associates is working with their network of national and local retailers to attract additional quality tenants to the center. The 70,000-square-foot shopping center is anchored by the Montego Bay Super Thrift and the Montego Bay True Value.

Montego Bay features three established local restaurants including, Higgins Crab House, Duffy’s Tavern and Tequila Mockingbird. Outparcels of the center include Farmers Bank and a BP gas station.
