| TD&A Secures Office Space for USGC's New Headquarters in Bowie, Maryland |

Timonium, MD -Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement for their client, USGC, Inc. for 3,232 square feet of Class “A” office space at the Maryland Science & Technology Center business community in Bowie, Maryland. The new office will be located at Melford Plaza II, also known as 16901 Melford Boulevard.
Trout Daniel Associate Matthew S. Melnick represented USGC, Inc. Sean Doordan represented the landlord, St. John Properties, Inc.
"USGC was seeking competitively priced office space with expansion capability suitable for a new corporate headquarters," said Jack Savage, President of USGC. "For the convenience of meeting with our customers and future marketing efforts, USGC sought an office convenient to Washington, DC, Fort Meade, Maryland and BWI airport."

USGC will occupy the space on or before November 1, 2010.
Maryland Science & Technology Center is a 466-acre mixed-use business community located adjacent to Route 50 and Route 301 in Bowie. Built in 2009, the LEED Silver-certified Melford Plaza II comprises 150,000 square feet of Class “A” office space over four stories.
