New Liberty Tax Location Set to Open in January 2010

Timonium, MD - Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate company, recently announced a lease agreement with Liberty Tax Services for 1,250 square feet of space in Owings Mills at Valley Place II – 9627 Reisterstown Road. 

The new Liberty Tax Service location will open in January 2010, in conjunction with the start of the tax season. Matthew S. Melnick, Associate with Trout Daniel, represented the tenant.

Valley Place II is a 12,500 square foot retail center at the intersection of Greenspring Valley and Reisterstown Roads.   Neighboring tenants include Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Owing Mills Animal and Bird Hospital. The center is now 100% leased.
