Zesto Pizza Opens First Maryland Location
BALTIMORE – Zesto Pizza & Grill, a Philadelphia-based restaurant offering hand-tossed specialty pizza, has opened its first Maryland location at 750 Concourse Circle at the Crossroads Village Center in White Marsh, a 35,000 square-foot retail project.
Stanley N. Varlas and Scott Garfield of Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented Zesto Pizza in the transaction with St. John Properties, Inc., the developer of Crossroads Village Center at Baltimore Crossroad @95, a 1,000-acre mixed-use community located on MD 43. In addition to Zesto Pizza, other tenants include Subway, Creative Nails & Spa and The Fitness Center.
The new 5,000-square-foot restaurant features a 1,000-square-foot patio allowing for outside dining. The restaurant seats 125 patrons, including a private party room that fits up to 40 guests.

Zesto Pizza, which also offers catering and delivery services, hopes to further expand to other Maryland areas in the near future. Additionally they are already taking advantage of customer input to add Baltimore-style items, such as crab cakes, to their extensive menu.
