BALTIMORE – Trout Daniel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate firm, announces the sale of 3600 Crondall Lane in Owings Mills. 3600 Crondall Ln. is a 40,600 square foot flex building on 3.5 acres.

The property came to market 50% vacant, with 20,000 SF of contiguous vacant space optimized for a single user. The property was sold to a user, who will utilize the space for their health care business.

Gilbert Trout of TD&A represented the seller. Alex Simone of Gold and Company procured the buyer.
