Gilbert Trout, of Trout Daniel & Associates, announced the off-market sale of 4 commercial properties in the Stoneleigh neighborhood of York Road, near the intersections of York and Register Avenue. The total square footage of all properties is 37,000 SF.
The properties include the 22,000 square foot Stoneleigh Lanes Center, located at 6705 York, as well as two stand-alone office buildings containing 12,000 square feet, located at 6607 York and 6603 York. Trout also sold 6505 York Road in a separate transaction in June of this year.
States Trout: “The Stoneleigh neighborhood of York Road has a great combo of local merchants, street side retail, and a lively mix of families and young professionals. The properties face York Road and are less than a mile south of Towson University and Baltimore City, and their visual appeal is reminiscent of classic Baltimore design, with a hint of a funky retro style. Jeremy Landsman bought three of the properties, including Stoneleigh Lanes Center. I believe that Jeremy has a deep appreciation of the local community and retailers and I look forward to see him make this a successful mixed-use redevelopment.”
The total price for all 4 properties was $3.2 Million. Trout represented the sellers and there was no buyer broker in the transaction.
