The properties include the 22,000 square foot Stoneleigh Lanes Center, located at 6705 York, as well as two stand-alone office buildings containing 12,000 square feet, located at 6607 York and 6603 York. Trout also sold 6505 York Road in a separate transaction in June of this year.

The total price for all 4 properties was $3.2 Million. Trout represented the sellers and there was no buyer broker in the transaction.
