While working entirely remotely to protect our people, we have still managed to achieve some exciting developments in the past two months. Among other transactions, TD&A:
• Signed a 133,520 square foot lease at 1954 Halethorpe Farms Road. The tenant, Barker Steel Mid-Atlantic LLC, leased the space from a unit of Blue Ocean Realty for the fabrication of rebar and other products.
• Represented Goddard Properties on the $4 million sale of 1001 Pine Heights Avenue, a 31,000 square foot medical office building on the grounds of St. Agnes Hospital
• Placed under contract several mixed-use properties, including
o A 100,00+ square foot industrial building in Dundalk
o A multi-million-dollar portfolio of properties in north Baltimore
o A mixed-use retail and apartment property in northwest Baltimore
• Significantly expanded our representation of StorageMart, a national self-storage developer.
In addition to the Mid-Atlantic states, through our Master Brokerage program, we are now seeking properties in the Southeast US, including multiple markets in Georgia and Florida.
• Successfully negotiated and signed a lease with Dollar General in northeast Baltimore.
