Trout Daniel & Associates, LLC, rebranded as TD&A in 2019, has recently made several impactful hires. Today TD&A is excited to announce its most recent hire of Vince Brocato, an industry veteran who has cultivated a strong office and healthcare representation practice with prior commercial real estate brokerages, including Casey, Manekin and Colliers. He also brings experience from his time working in retail acquisitions for Broad Reach Retail Partners and Obrecht Properties. In his role as a Director with TD&A, he will join industry peers Gilbert Trout and Gary Olschansky as a core team member in TD&A’s Investment Sales Group. Vince’s focus will be on healthcare and medical and retail investments as well as development of a capital markets business line within TD&A.
Brocato was recruited away from the commercial property acquisition world to join other recent hires and former colleagues, including Leo McDermott. McDermott joined the firm’s Office & Industrial Team in October 2019, bringing a healthy variety of downtown office and suburban commercial listings as well as long-term business relationships which he has cultivated over his 40-year career in the industry.
“We are very excited to continue to expand our experienced team with the addition of Vince and Leo. Their reputations are impeccable and anyone who knows us knows that we look at the person before anything else when it comes to recruitment. Our integrity sets us apart and our ‘teamwork makes the dream work’ culture is a reflection of the type of genuine good people we have here,” reflected leader of TD&A’S Office and Industrial Practice and firm principal, Steve Cornblatt.
Balancing out the age and experience of TD&A’s core group are recent Associate hires Coleman Tirone (2 years) and Peter Coe (1 year), who will work alongside Senior Associate Jared Engel (5 years) on the Office & Industrial Team with Cornblatt. Seth Danels (2 years) has been working in the firm’s Retail Services division with Rene Daniel and Jerry Trout, two highly regarded retail thought leaders in the market and both partners of TD&A.
Cornblatt added, “We are as busy as we’ve ever been, although we can’t ignore the certain uncertainty that all businesses are facing amid this COVID-19 era. That being said, we are incredibly optimistic that we will get past this crisis in due time and will continue to build on the core of what makes our culture so good — our people.”
Per Daniel, “We are all about our people and our collaborative culture, which fosters a productive environment and enjoyable work experience. Ultimately, since the client comes first, they too benefit from our warm culture. We encourage you to collaborate with your friends at TD&A.”
