Art Putzel

About

Art is the managing partner for Trout Daniel & Associates, and a partner in Trout Management. He has been with the Trout companies since 1987. Art is a licensed broker in six jurisdictions (DC, DE, MD, PA, VA, WV). In addition to supervising all brokerage activities, Art is responsible for the administrative and financial aspects of the Trout companies.

When not at work, Art is a board member for the Itineris Foundation, which provides life and career support services for adults on the autism spectrum, and the Trenton Simpson Foundation, is a former board member of the Chesapeake Region of the American Red Cross, and is a former President of an umbrella group of 17 community associations.

  • Master of Science in Urban Planning – Johns Hopkins University
