]]> Tim Hearn is a Senior Vice President with Trout Daniel & Associates where he specializes in leasing, development and investment transactions and represents parties including landlords/tenants and buyers/sellers.

Career Highlights

Before joining Trout Daniel, Tim was CEO and President of Colliers International-Baltimore (CIB, LLC). Previously, he served as a senior managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where his leadership responsibilities focused on the Mid-Atlantic Investor Services Suite.

At JLL, Tim’s responsibilities included the development and execution of strategy for the asset management group which ranked No.1 in revenue nationally by JLL, with two of its leaders being honored nationally by both JLL and the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).

Education

Tim attended Brown University and Loyola University Maryland, where he received an AB degree. He has also received a master’s in healthcare administration (MHA) degree from the University of Maryland – Global Campus, and earned membership in the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
