Rachel has been a key part of Trout Management’s property management business for over a decade. She focuses on accounting and lease administration, having overall responsibility for and supervision of bookkeeping, lease administration and lease compliance. She has developed an expertise in parsing complicated, often contradictory lease language and providing clear and concise explanations to tenants. She is the main point of contact for many of our clients, providing effective liaison between landlords and tenants and ensuring that the company is operating at the highest level of service.
